For example, if you were born on March 15, 1990, and today is April 3, 2026, your exact age is 36 years, 0 months, and 19 days. The calculator also converts this into total months (432), total weeks (1,881), total days (13,168), total hours (316,032), and total minutes (18,961,920).

What Generation Am I?

Your generation is determined by your birth year: Silent Generation (1928–1945), Baby Boomers (1946–1964), Generation X (1965–1980), Millennials (1981–1996), Generation Z (1997–2012), and Generation Alpha (2013–present).
